Dr. Fu is Assistant Professor of History at Case Western Reserve University. She received her PhD in History from Yale University. Some of the courses Dr. Fu teaches include Modern China, Martial Arts in China and Japan, and the Qing Empire. Her research focuses on Late Imperial and twentieth-century China, the history of medicine, the history of the body and the history of nutrition and dietetics.
